Under en muntlig uppgift i skolan skulle vi analysera en novell. Jag valde att välja bland några av August Strindbergs noveller, många skriva i slutet av 1890-talet. Tillslut hittade jag denna novell - Silverträsket, som utspelar sig på en ö i Stockholms skärgård. Inte en av Strindbergs mest omtalade noveller, men väl värd en lösning och en analys.
