"For me, the most important thing is the atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. I always return to where I felt welcomed with a lot of warmth and love." said Bianca, an 11th grade student.

"I think that good music, the taste of the coffee and the ambiance that a cafe offers are the most important!" said Alex, a freshman at Andrei Muresanu High School.

I also asked one of the city's baristas if young people frequently visit them, and his answer was:

"A lot of young people come to our door and enjoy our delicious coffee. We are happy when we see that the same people keep coming back to us, this makes us believe that we are doing our job well." said Andrei, a barista
